Dynamic Tube was an early pioneer and adopter of automated tube bending technology, utilizing CNC bending and coordinate measuring systems. By adding expertise, machinery, footprint size, and capabilities, we’ve steadily grown our business. Landing in Maquoketa
Dynamic Tube, Inc. (DTI) was born in 1976. The original ownership group CB Industries selected Maquoketa, Iowa as its home location to fabricate high pressure diesel fuel lines. The business grew rapidly. And in 1978, the Teledyne Group built our current Maquoketa plant to fabricate and form metal tubing.
The Dynamic Name
The Maquoketa plant has had a few names. Initially named the CB Company and later Teledyne CB. Regardless of the name on the building, our high pressure diesel lines and fabricated tubing products have served Midwest area OEMs of agricultural and construction equipment.
With continuing growth in new customers and new capabilities, the business was sold in 2003 to investors and renamed Dynamic Tube, Inc. (DTI).
Adding On
In 2014, DTI more than doubled the size of our Maquoketa facility. We then added central air conditioning to the shop at that time. Thus we now have an environmentally controlled production facility encompassing 65,000 square feet. Environmental control was also a vital quality control in terms of preventing rust and contaminants. In addition, DTI employees enjoy as comfortable a manufacturing environment as you’ll find!
Early 2021 saw DTI install a brand new, five-stage, clean line and inspection facility. In short, this serves as an example of our dedication to service in lieu of the growing complexities seen in our industry.
